helpline on diverse legal issues. With the assistance from fellow visitors and the Webmaster, actual or referral legal assistance can be given to
persons seeking legal assistance. At this stage the Helpline is more of a
Pilot Initiative towards Community Legal Awareness and Community Legal
Health Promotion through the establishment of Electronic Kiosks for legal
aid. Efforts are underway to develop Online Legal Diagnostic tools and
Intelligent Checklists to analyze and assess legal issues and generate
appropriate advise.
